1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Barjam Holdings, LLC d/b/a CashOutRefi.com ("we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and sells information when you visit cashoutrefi.com or submit a request for a cash estimate.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly through our forms, including:

• Contact details — name, email address, and mobile phone number
• Property details — ZIP code, estimated home value, and remaining mortgage balance
• Financial details — the credit score range you select and the cash estimate we calculate from your answers
• Consent records — the date, time, IP address, and device of your submission, the version of the consent language you agreed to, and the partner list in effect at that time

We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the campaign that brought you to us (UTM parameters and landing URL).

3. How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver your cash estimate
• To contact you about your inquiry by call, text message, and email, including with automated and AI-assisted technology, where you have consented
• To match your request with one or more lending partners (see section 4)
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. How we share and sell your information

Lending partners. When you request a cash estimate with the consent box checked, we may share your request — including your contact, property, and financial details — with one or more of the companies listed on our Lending Partners page, and we may be paid for doing so. Under some state privacy laws this is a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Each partner may contact you directly and is responsible for its own use of your information under its own privacy policy. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).

Service providers. We share information with providers who help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management platform, communications and dialing providers, and consent-verification and analytics services. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

Legal and business transfers. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of our business.

We do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 18.

5. Text messaging

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts from that sender, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

6. Your privacy choices

Do Not Sell or Share. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time by following the instructions on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or by emailing privacy@cashoutrefi.com. We will stop sharing your information with new partners and forward your request to partners that already received it.

Calls and texts. You may withdraw consent to calls and texts at any time: reply STOP to a text, ask to be added to the do-not-call list on a call, or email us. Partners must honor opt-outs you give them directly.

Access, correction, deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and not to be treated differently for exercising them. To exercise them, email privacy@cashoutrefi.com from the email address you used on our form, or include the phone number you submitted, so we can match your request to our records — we will confirm with you before acting on it. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response and we will take a second look.

7. Data security and retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Consent records are kept as long as needed to demonstrate your consent.
