Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. What this covers

When you request a cash estimate with the consent box checked, we may share your request with, or sell it to, the companies on our Lending Partners page, as described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Some state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of that sale or sharing. This page explains how.

2. How to opt out

• Email privacy@cashoutrefi.com with the subject line "Do not sell or share" and the phone number and email address you used on our form
• Call (833) 201-3534 and ask to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information
• An authorized agent may submit the request on your behalf — we will ask the agent for proof of your written permission and confirm the request with you at the phone number or email you used on our form

We will honor your request within 15 business days, stop sharing your information with new partners, and forward your request to any partner that already received it. We will not deny you service or treat you differently for opting out.

3. Stopping calls and texts

Opting out of sale or sharing does not by itself stop calls or texts from companies that already have your consent. Reply STOP to any text message, ask to be placed on the do-not-call list during a call, or include that request in your email and we will pass it on.

4. Browser privacy signals

Your information is only shared or sold after you check the consent box on our form. We are evaluating treating the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request and will state our position here; in the meantime, the opt-out methods above cover the same choice.
